Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Coordinator III - Associate Designer Visual Merchandising for their Remote location.

Responsibilities: This role is responsible for managing and analyzing store layout files and planogram changes to ensure alignment with merchandising strategies, Test & Learn programs, and overlapping initiatives. The position requires strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to collaborate cross functionally in a fast moving retail environment. Operates data entry devices, verifies data, performs related clerical duties, and/or prepares documentation for data entry by assigning numerical codes to entry items and verifies accuracy. Includes rating/coding. Provide the office support needed to ensure that business objectives are met Process daily updates to the mainframe system and update SmartSpace/AutoCAD store layout files. Identify and resolve discrepancies where planogram event changes do not align with merchandising strategies or planogram footage requirements. Collaborate with Layout, Planogram, and Test & Learn teams to support group file creation, store assignments, and classification updates. Review and analyze future store projects for overlaps with Test & Learn and Localization programs. Support accuracy across 100+ Test & Learn programs and 1,100+ planogram versions, plus 186+ additional test programs. Manage weekly discrepancy reporting related to legal requirements, WIC compliance, PSE/CBD restrictions, product limitations, and store type rules. Partner with Designers to correct system discrepancies as needed. Provide ad hoc support for layout related rollouts and programs (e.g., health programs, poster printers, vaccine stations). Resolve conflicts between Planogram and Layout Designers before they impact store operations. Data entry focused role; high accuracy required. Must have access to a private, secure workspace. Enters alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals Verifies data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy Follows a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention

Requirements:

0-1 year- Demonstrated effective keyboard skills; able to navigate with a computer/systems-dependent environment without assistance; experience in a window-based computer environment preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding and ICD9 coding preferred High School diploma or GED Equivalent Good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
