Founding Product Designer
to lead design across all user surfaces-Web, Desktop, Mobile, and more. This is a unique opportunity to shape the vision and UX of a 01 product that blends cutting-edge AI with intuitive, human-centred design.
The Role
As Senior Product Designer, you'll collaborate directly with the founding team to set design strategy and craft elegant, functional user experiences from the ground up. You'll translate advanced AI capabilities into seamless interactions and help define how users access, organise, and build knowledge across contexts.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design across multiple platforms Define and maintain a scalable design system and visual identity Translate complex AI features into intuitive user experiences Conduct user research and validation to inform product direction Collaborate closely with engineers to prototype and ship high-quality interfaces Balance speed with craft-delivering elegant and exploratory concepts Contribute to product storytelling and marketing design touchpoints Key Requirements
5+ years' experience designing digital products across web and mobile A strong portfolio demonstrating design impact and systems thinking Expertise with Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems Experience working closely with engineers in fast-paced environments Strong research, synthesis, and communication skills Independence and clear rationale behind design decisions Bonus Points For
Experience working on 01 products in early-stage startups Familiarity with productivity tools or knowledge management platforms Exposure to AI/ML systems and human-computer interaction Coding or advanced prototyping capabilities Desire to mentor and shape a growing design function
