Position Overview – Technical Designer We're seeking a skilled Technical Designer to join this high-energy team and play a key role in bringing each collection to life. You'll be the expert behind the precision—owning the fit, quality, and construction process from development through production. Lead the technical design process across seasonal collections, ensuring each garment meets high standards of fit, function, and quality Create and manage detailed fit comment documents addressing garment specs, fabric performance, construction, stitch, and trim execution Own the sample approval process, thoroughly evaluating fit, measurements, construction, hanger appeal, and performance Degree in Technical Design, Product Development, or related field preferred Advanced knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and fit for woven and knit apparel Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
