Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate & Designer located in Edmonds, WA. The role involves assisting customers with selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients on custom designs, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and supporting retail operations such as inventory management and visual merchandising. We are looking for an individual that has sold or has the ability to sell 1M+.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and teamwork
• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and providing a superior Customer Experience
• Experience in Retail Sales with a focus on building customer relationships
• An eye for design and creativity, with experience or an interest in jewelry design
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multitask effectively
• Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer care
