WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Graphics Designer – Apparel (Men's & Women's) to help define and evolve our brand through compelling graphic storytelling. You are an expressive visual thinker with a strong point of view, a deep curiosity for culture, and a passion for creating thoughtful, high-impact work.

You are both creative and strategic—able to develop bold ideas while grounding your work in brand, consumer insight, and performance needs. You thrive in ambiguity, lead with optimism, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. You bring a world-building mindset, using graphic design to create narratives that resonate with athletes and customers alike.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conceptualize and design graphic narratives across multiple seasonal collections
  • Create graphic visual centers, artwork, and presentation materials that communicate creative direction
  • Develop apparel graphics and branding elements that align with brand vision and performance requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product development, merchandising, and marketing teams
  • Participate in brainstorms, concept reviews, and creative strategy discussions
  • Align on techniques, timelines, and execution across multiple workstreams and milestones
  • Ensure graphic solutions balance innovation, function, and style while staying true to brand DNA
  • Present concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and senior leadership

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Portfolio required – A strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating research, ideation, storytelling, and execution. Please submit a website link or PDF showcasing concept-to-execution work
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and core design principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong narrative development skills with the ability to translate story into product-ready graphics
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and solving complex creative challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong awareness of sport, fashion, culture, and graphic design trends
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning
