Overview Associate Optometrist position in Richmond, VA, next to LensCrafters at Stony Point Fashion Park (Richmond, VA 23235) with Eyes On Eyecare. Responsibilities (implied) The role operates within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the private Independent practice, you will provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients with terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor. Qualifications (as described) Optometrist licensed and qualified to perform full-scope optometric care within the practice model described. Ability to work as part of an Independent LensCrafters practice with autonomy under the Subleasing doctor agreement. Affiliation and Practice Model Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica). Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor; no company-imposed quotas. Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule. Fully furnished office with OD equipment and access to digital eye examination technology (e.g., Clarifye). Access to the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full technical / pre-testing support. Automated online appointment booking and patient recall system. Benefits and Compensation (as described) Compensation and benefits are determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local wage requirements.
