Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and pop-up activations.
- Represent the brand at live events engaging with customers, answering questions, and sharing product or service information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event and marketing goals with overall brand strategy.
- Assist with social media content creation, local promotions, and campaign tracking.
- Manage event and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Collect and organize customer feedback and event insights to help improve future marketing efforts.
- Contribute creative ideas for new activations and engagement strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for brand engagement, storytelling, and customer experience
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends during key campaigns and activations
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs when setting up displays or event materials
