Social Media Manager Birmingham, AL - $110,000.00-$140,000.00 Responsibilities Own the content management and curation cycle Lead the development of high‑quality graphics, videos, photos, and digital assets that bring campaigns to life and ensure all content reflects strategic priorities and elevates the Broadhead Equipment brand presence Concept, shoot, and produce short‑form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long‑form storytelling pieces Execute a distinct strategy for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, etc.) Stay up to date with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh Increase organic visibility across all social platforms Work with our paid search and social media advertising agency to ensure consistency in brand image across campaigns Keep all social profiles up to date with current information/imagery Ensure the website and blog remain up to date by coordinating timely content updates and aligning digital messaging with current campaigns and creative direction Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and reviews Be the company expert regarding public‑facing platforms Requirements 1‑3 years of experience working directly with social media for a brand Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field Experience working with multiple social media platforms Excellent organization, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently (both photo and video) Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail Portfolio of photo/video work preferred Job Type Full‑time Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Retail Referral Program Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Broadhead Equipment by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
