Viva Latino Morning Show Host & Multimedia Talent We are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and highly outgoing Morning Show Host with great on-air presence and a natural spark to lead Viva Latino , the flagship morning program of Más Latino Network. This role blends live hosting, digital content creation, and community presence. We’re seeking a sociable, reliable individual with early-morning schedules, and able to bring warmth, personality, and a light sense of humor that helps listeners connect instantly. In addition to hosting the show, the role includes participating in field assignments, community coverage, and supporting multimedia production. Viva Latino delivers news, culture, interviews, trends, and stories that shape the Latino community across New England. Your Main Responsibilities: Host and support the production of the Viva Latino Morning Show each weekday Deliver news, culture, community updates, and trends in an engaging, dynamic tone Conduct interviews with local leaders, creators, entrepreneurs, and special guests Participate in field work , community events, and workplace-related assignments Create short-form content for social media, livestreams, and digital clips Appear in promotional campaigns and branded content Bring consistency, positive energy, and professionalism to each broadcast Contribute to the tone, identity, and continued growth of Viva Latino in the region Who You Are: Highly enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable on-camera and on-air Fluent Spanish is mandatory , both spoken and written Charismatic, with a natural ability to add light humor and keep the energy high Sociable and approachable, able to build genuine connections with the Latino community Fully committed to punctuality and early-morning reliability Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and evolving media environment Passionate about storytelling and community impact Experience in radio, podcasting, journalism, communication, or digital content (preferred) Collaborative, creative, and excited to grow within Más Latino Part-time position with a 3-hour daily schedule (6:30 AM – 9:30 AM) Opportunities for additional hours during events, field assignments, and digital projects High visibility within New England’s Latino media landscape Supportive, creative environment with room for professional growth Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Global Marketing Management Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Broadcast Media Production and Distribution Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mas Latino by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
