- Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, ensuring integration with Service Cloud for case management
- Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Design and implement user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components for Experience Cloud
- Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices
- 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and its integration with Service Cloud
- Strong experience with Partner Community and knowledge of Experience Cloud license types
- Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside Salesforce Experience Cloud development
- Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience working in a SaaS-based environment
- Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
- Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
