Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and maintenance services. Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly. Promote additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance and safety. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service writer experience required Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in automotive service writing or related roles is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
