The Opportunity We’re hiring a Personal Lines Producer to join the Personal Lines team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to grow their book of business with a company that invests in its people and technology. What You’ll Do Generate new business through outbound calls and warm network leads. Quote and bind policies for Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Recreational Lines. Use multiple systems including Salesforce, Carrier Portals, and EPIC. Manage call activity while maintaining attention to detail and strong client relationships. What We’re Looking For Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Coachable, organized, and tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple platforms.
