About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join a high-growth, PE-backed FinTech SaaS firm. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the new CEO, with a primary focus on doubling revenue, driving execution, and shaping the next chapter of strategic growth. This role is pivotal in professionalizing execution, driving alignment across the executive team, and serving as a force multiplier to the CEO. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for owning the value creation plan, managing the executive leadership team, and establishing operating cadences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to maintain high discretion, clarity, and accountability in all communications.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' operational or management consulting experience, with at least 5 years in project and change management. Exposure to quickly-scaling startups in a similar role and familiarity with the private equity Chief of Staff model are also required. The ideal candidate will have a track record of operationalizing strategy, be a disciplined change leader, and possess exceptional executive presence. While not mandatory, experience in GTM or Revenue Operations initiatives is a nice-to-have. The role demands a candidate who is adept at balancing urgency with a focus on lasting organizational improvement and who can act as the cohesive force across the leadership team and broader stakeholder network.
