About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Consumer Product Strategy to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for driving the member product strategy and accelerating membership growth. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional value to members and requires a focus on evolving offerings and experiences. The VP will work cross-functionally to lead the strategy for membership offerings, benefits, and experiences, with a strong emphasis on maximizing the lifetime value of members and delivering against key P&L targets. Collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and technology teams is essential to craft a personalized member experience that is anchored in product, storytelling, community, and data.
Candidates for this role should be consumer-obsessed leaders with a proven track record in consumer strategy, product, or general management within membership-driven, beauty, or lifestyle brands. The role demands sharp analytical and financial instincts, a history of using data to drive strategy, and a natural ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will be operationally excellent, detail-oriented, and have a passion for building delightful consumer journeys that drive business results. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, and at least 12 years of relevant experience. The VP will be expected to be a strong communicator, a creative problem solver, and a forward-thinking strategist who can influence and inspire teams toward a shared vision.
