Responsibilities
- Assess current marketing and sales strategies and develop playbooks to optimize them.
- Implement and drive demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on automation and AI tools.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to scale founder-led sales processes.
- Ensure seamless transitioning from marketing qualified leads to closed sales.
- Strategize and manage a large volume of leads through the process from SQL to opportunities.
- Evaluate and deploy new tools and technologies to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.
- Participate in strategic planning while also executing day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Background in working with developer tools or closely related tech industries.
- Proven expertise in driving demand generation, with a particular focus on automation and AI.
- Experience in strategic marketing roles, ideally as a director or VP, with hands-on experience in smaller, fast-paced startup environments.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong capability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and functioning strategically at a high level while also engaging in detailed operational tasks.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with remote teams.
- Open to flexible working arrangements, with a willingness to engage deeply across various business functions.
