This role involves developing integrations, enhancing user interfaces, and providing production support through monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing fixes, migrations, and security updates. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations and user interfaces
- Provide production support, including monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Address system and security vulnerabilities
- Implement fixes, deprecations, and migrations as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency
- Proficiency in Salesforce Core and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience with REST API integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and on-call support experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Nice to Have: Any relevant certifications, work samples, or technical tests may be required
