Job Summary Our client is seeking an Engagement Specialist for their Engagement team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with in-market teams and cross-functionally with other centralized teams to engage with prospective and current members, ensuring a welcoming and empathetic experience. This position serves as the first point of contact, addressing members' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to build awareness of services. Schedule appointments using the internal scheduling platform with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of member interactions. Transfer clinical inquiries to the Clinical team as needed. Build deep trust and rapport with members and stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 1+ years experience in a healthcare call center or member/patient engagement environment. At least 1-2+ years of contact-center technology experience, specifically Genesys. At least 1-2+ years of sales experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Proficiency in multitasking in a high-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Empathetic, member-first attitude and approach. Commitment to upholding the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Experience Minimum of 1+ years experience in a healthcare call center or member/patient engagement environment. At least 1-2+ years of contact-center technology experience, specifically Genesys. At least 1-2+ years of sales experience with a focus on member/patient engagement. Skills Proficiency with Genesys, Google Suite, and Slack. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with an empathetic approach to member interactions. Additional Requirements Experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting is a plus. Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack. Experience working in a remote environment. Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
