Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator located in Philadelphia, PA. In addition to Estimating, project management duties will be expected The responsibilities include preparing accurate construction estimates, evaluating project requirements, and developing comprehensive budgets. The role also involves analyzing roof designs and collaborating with team members to ensure cost-effective solutions. The Estimator will work closely with Owner, clients and internal teams to manage bidding processes and assist with project management tasks to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Salary Proven experience in Construction Estimating for commercial projects Public and Private Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Knowledge and experience with Roofing systems and materials Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects from preliminary drawings and specifications Project Management skills to coordinate submittals, xsgimln manage timelines and budgets effectively Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information Proficiency in estimation and project management software Knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and regulations is a plus 401K and Medical Benefits after 6 months PTO/Vacation & Paid Holidays Competitive Base Salary depending on Experience $100,000 - $190,000 plus Incentives Small Family company with many great offerings
