Superintendent – Commercial General Contractor

A well-established Commercial General Contractor in Houston is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing operations team. This contractor specializes in ground-up commercial construction across healthcare, education, religious and government delivering high-quality projects throughout the Houston area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who thrives in managing complex commercial builds, leading site teams, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Candidates with solely multi family/ residential experience will not be considered, also must have excellent tenures at previous companies (Minimum 3+ years at previous companies)
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities from project start to completion Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and quality control Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams Drive project schedules and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
Requirements: Minimum 7 years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects Proven experience delivering projects in the sectors above Strong leadership and communication xsgimln skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site operations effectively OSHA certification preferred
