We lead strategic planning, advise on organizational transformation, and ensure effective delivery of critical initiatives. Our work spans global operations and influences decisions at the highest levels of the organization.As **Director, Strategy & Delivery**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting IRC’s most important strategic initiatives. This is a senior leadership position that combines strategic advisory, problem-solving, and leading tight-knit teams. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects, provide counsel to senior executives, and manage a talented team to deliver solutions that drive organizational performance and impact.The role reports to the Head of Strategy & Delivery.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Strategic Leadership & Advisory**

+ Lead high-priority projects that advance IRC’s global strategy and operational excellence.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, facilitating decision-making on complex and sensitive issues.

+ Work with leaders across departments to translate organizational goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.* **Project Delivery & Problem-Solving**

+ Oversee multiple complex projects from scoping to execution, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

+ Apply structured problem-solving and evidence-based analysis to develop innovative solutions.

+ Drive consensus among diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity with confidence.* **Team Leadership & Development**

+ Manage and mentor other members of the Strategy & Delivery Unit, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

+ Support the Head of Strategy & Delivery in shaping team priorities, allocating resources, and representing the unit internally and externally.

+ Champion professional growth and create an environment where team members thrive.Job Requirements:* **Experience:**

+ 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in management roles in strategy, consulting, or organizational transformation.

+ Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in complex global environments.* **Skills & Competencies:**

+ Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

+ Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, including with executive audiences.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent.

+ Comfort with ambiguity and resilience in fast-paced settings.* **Preferred:**

+ Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or strategy function within a global organization.

+ Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master’s).
