Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), sales, finance, and other stakeholders.

Experience building.Validate and shipping Consumer products.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.

Familiarity with creator-focused products or content sharing platforms.

Ability to translate user needs and business objectivesలకు into detailed product specifications and roadmaps.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science.

Excellent communication, collaboration and investigative skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success.

Passion for YouTube and an understanding of the platform's ecosystem, creators, and viewers.

As a Product Manager, you will work on Posts, a growing format on YouTube to inspire casual creation and lightweight content consumption. Posts keep creators connected with their fans and are becoming a great way to use images, text, and music to create content without having to create a full video. You’ll be joining the Community organization within YouTube which is responsible for various product portfolios including Subscriptions, Posts, Comments, and more.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $156,000‑$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Define the goal, roadmap, and success metrics for Posts features.

Understand viewer and fan needs, translating insights into compelling product experiences.

Conceptualize and build intuitive tools leveraging technology (including generative AI) to empower meaningful fan participation and drive engagement.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring the product goals to life.

Utilize data‑driven decision‑making to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and iterate on the product experience.
