About the role:
Seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results‑driven Senior Product Manager to lead the US customer engagement downstream initiatives for our Electrophysiology (EP) Solutions franchise. This role will work closely with the US downstream marketing team to facilitate physician customer programs, webinars and strategic commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, embraces ambiguity and can flex across both strategic and tactical priorities. You will champion our customer engagement strategy focusing on FARAPULSE and our broader EP portfolio, partner directly with physicians and communicate professionally and effectively.
Hybrid position based out of our Arden Hills, MN office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee the FARAPULSE Future’s program and continue to evolve our innovation center offering to ensure highly engaging sessions for physicians.
Develop and execute webinars focused on relevant hot topics in the EP industry in partnership with cross‑functional marketing and medical education teams.
Stay informed about market trends, consumer insights and competitive landscapes to inform customer engagement strategies.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows and other industry events as needed.
Partner with regional and global marketing teams to share best practices and adapt customer engagement initiatives for local markets, maintaining strong alignment across geographies.
Collaborate with upstream marketing and R&D on key KOL initiatives across the franchise.
Work with content strategy to ensure alignment on campaigns, conferences, sales tools and customer engagements, ensuring consistency across promotional, educational and KOL channels.
Build strong relationships with physicians to inform the evolution of our downstream customer engagement strategy.
Coordinate downstream support at key conferences, innovation center visits and other customer engagement requests.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or healthcare.
5+ years of experience in product management, marketing or customer engagement roles.
Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Strong strategic thinking, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience determining customer needs within medical device markets.
Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices or life sciences industries preferred.
Ability to travel up 30% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree such as Master’s or MBA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects.
Demonstrated success working as an integral cross‑functional team member.
Ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices.
Desire to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Work Mode:
Hybrid – requires presence in our local office in Arden Hills, MN at least three days per week.

Minimum Salary: $102,100
Maximum Salary: $194,000
