dog Bay Area Region:

South Peninsula We are seeking a high-level, sophisticated Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to support a prominent, high-energy Real Estate professional based in Los Altos/Mountain View. This not a typical 9-to-5 desk job; it is a dynamic, "right-hand" role that requires a blend of administrative mastery, household logistics, and field support. The client is a visionary and a "people person" who thrives in the field but needs a structured, tech-savvy partner to act as the "calm to his storm." You will be the bridge between his high-speed creative energy and the organized execution required to keep his business and personal life running seamlessly. Core Responsibilities Executive & Business Support Calendar & Communication:

Manage a complex, ever-changing diary. Handle high-volume emailing and ensure client is prepared for all appointments. Field Support:

Accompany client to property listings. Take detailed notes (e.g., "5 bed, 3 bath, agent names"), capture data, and ensure it is funneled back to the office team immediately. Financial Management:

Oversee personal and business finances, including QuickBooks entry, bill paying, mail organization, and tracking receipts for project budgets Administrative Tech:

Act as the "Siri/ChatGPT" of the operation—utilizing technology to create efficiencies for a principal who prefers verbal instruction over manual data entry. House & Lifestyle Management Property Logistics:

Manage vendors, meet contractors at the home, and handle errands (e.g., sourcing a last minute chandeliers from Home Depot for a new listing). The "Step Ahead" Service:

Anticipate needs before they are voiced. This includes having umbrellas ready for rain, shoe covers for home showings, healthy snacks for clients' children, and ensuring the car/home office is pristine. Personal Care:

Support with personal tasks including dog walking, mail sorting, and sensitive life transitions (taxes, estate organization, etc.). The Ideal Candidate The Personality:

You are polished, articulate, and professional. You understand the "quiet luxury" of service—knowing when to step in and when to remain in the background. You are a "will over skill" individual with a relentless "how can I help?" attitude. The "Calm":

The client works at a fast pace. You must be unshakeable, providing a grounded presence The "Tech-Forward" Organizer:

While client is not tech-heavy, you must be. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and modern AI/productivity tools is essential to keep him organized. The Flexibility:

Real Estate moves fastest on the weekends. You must be available to work Saturdays and some Sundays with flexibility in schedule during the week. Requirements Experience:

Proven experience as a PA, EA, ideally supporting a high-net-worth individual or a busy real estate executive. Disposition:

Extreme customer-service orientation. You believe "the client is always right" and take pride in making someone else’s day run smoothly. Logistics:

Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record Values:

High integrity and a desire for a long-term "work family" fit. Benefits Competitive Salary Health Insurance 401k Retirement Plan 2 Weeks PTO, paid sick days A supportive team environment that takes pride in excellence and mutual respect. Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
