Our community is looking for an Executive Director to join our සම
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation Popular and management of the community in accordance with the standards and regulations of the Owners/Board of Directors, Discovery Management Group, and federal/state/local laws.
Communicates and models a clear, customer‑focused vision based on a resident‑centered model of care.
Demonstrates the ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drive businesses into the community, effectively price the product, and maximize top‑line revenue growth while achieving appropriate market position.
Ensures the community maintains an effective external business development strategy
with clear accountabilities, articulates results, and adjusts plans to maximize referral leads and move‑ins.
Develops a thorough working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures for residents; ensures compliance.
Maintains all resident administrative files, current and compliant with state regulations.
Meets financial targets to maximize capital partners’ return.
Has functional knowledge of all operating programs including memory care, clinical, dining, and social programs.
Prepares and adheres to the community budget.
Ensures budgeted revenue is achieved or exceeded by maximizing occupancy and room rates.
Review monthly financial statements, implements plans of action for deficiencies.
Manages key non‑labor operating costs within budgeted levels.
Processes and submits monthly expenses and budget data timely per policies and internal controls.
Meets NOI and occupancy expectations.
Oversees all departments, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with financial goals in the approved Operating Budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or a health‑related field.
Minimum of three years of managerial experience, preferably in senior living, health care, or hospitality industries.
Previous management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Demonstrated success nggun managing operating expenses.
Provides leadership by exhibiting confidence in self and others, inspiring and motivating them to perform well.
