As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain your Securities Industry licenses, receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams, and learn foundational advisory skills. After licensure, you will work at a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
Staying successful as a licensed FSA I will lead to progression into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, growing and deepening client relationships within a portfolio. The Academy will support you with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.

Provide end‑to‑end advice, deliver client presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners, connecting clients to solutions that meet virtually all their financial needs.
Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity.
Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
Success in building strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Executes multiple ʻoihana simultaneously.
Adapts to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
