Our client, a leading organization in the financial regulation sector, is seeking a Instructional Designer Contract to join their team. As a Instructional Designer Contract, you will be part of the Learning & Development Department supporting the Training and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance supporting staff learning outcomes
Modernize training formats to facilitate easy updates and align with enterprise standards and best practices
Support the launch of high-visibility programs such as the College of Examinations (COE) and College of Risk Monitoring (CORM)
Update course content to reflect organizational changes and current regulatory processes
Design engaging microlearning courses and multimedia learning experiences to enhance retention and practical application
What's Needed?
Instructional Design certification or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, or related field; Master’s preferred
Proficiency with training authoring software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training roles
Experience with educational video production, development, and editing is a plus
