Lead and execute sales strategy, setting targets, managing team and driving revenue growth by developing plans, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and overseeing sales operations. Director must work at the plant and be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies, create annual sales plans, forecast revenue, and set key performance metrics.
Leadership & Team Management : Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams; manage sales managers and representatives; resolve performanceegs.
Sales Operations : Help to set pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure consistent sales processes.
Market Analysis : Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Leadership:
Proven ability to motivate teams and drive accountability across variousस्थिति संचालन
Negotiation:
Advanced skills in closing complex, high‑value deals.
Experience:
5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Track Record:
Proven history of exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth.
