Maryland Masonic Homes, a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) nestled in the rolling hills of Hunt Valley, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time exempt

Executive Director, LNHA . Maryland Masonic Homes first opened in 1934, and the community was an infirmary and dormitory for Master Masons and their families. Today, Maryland Masonic Homes is a Continuing Care Retirement Community available to the public with 31 Independent Living units, 70 Assisted Living units, and 88 healthcare beds.

must have at least 5-7 years hands on working experience in a CCRC, a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to think outside the box to lead and coach a highly skilled team of Directors to consistently provide exceptional care and enrich the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the generations we serve. A successful candidate will have the vision to consistently build on to organizational success and to provide strong leadership to MMH during the evolving Healthcare Environment. The

will demonstrate the ability to envision and re-imagine opportunities for MMH and assist the Leadership team in creating a meaningful patient-centered community as well as an engaging and respectful work environment for MMH team members. The ideal candidate must be able to build successful interdisciplinary teams to further organizational goals and build strong relationships with the Board of Directors and the Grand Lodge of Maryland

Minimum Qualifications

5 years of

experience in a CCRC and must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of MD.

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution.

Experience with interaction with a variety of organizations, including governmen t agencies and wider public.

Experience with AL/SNF State survey.

Remains compliant with all federal, state and local regulations.

Proven financial management and forecasting skills.

Flexible leadership style with focus on creating a supportive and collaborative Team environment and celebrating team success and growth.

Proven capability to manage healthcare budget and healthcare operations.

Ability to understand Quality Assurance & Infection control practices and experience with leading the community during emergency situations.

Ability to work within a diverse Team and with all levels of the employee population.

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Ability to be available 24/7.

Compensation Range:

$160,000 - $178,000 based on experience
