Electrical Superintendent

What you’ll be doing As an Electrical Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of field operations and lead projects to successful completion by:

Leading and coordinating all on‑site electrical field and shop operations

Ensuring work is completed

safely, on time, within scope, and within budget

Managing field crews, subcontractors, and specialty crews across multiple projects

Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Operations, and General Contractors

Driving daily and weekly work plans and maintaining CPMI

Monitoring productivity, quality, performance, and schedule adherence

Managing tools, materials, equipment, and workforce planning

Coordinating permits, inspections, and jurisdictional requirements

Supporting change orders, scheduling input, and customer satisfaction

Mentoring, training, and developing field personnel

Supporting labor coordination, workforce tracking, and project staffing decisions

You’ll be the go‑to leader in the field solving problems in real time and setting the standard for execution.

What we’re looking for

15+ years of electrical field experience

with deep technical expertise

Proven experience leading commercial electrical construction projects

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage autonomous teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities

Ability to make independent decisions and guide complex work programs

Experience coordinating multiple projects and collaborating cross‑functionally

College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
