What We Are Hiring For: Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Starting Salary Range : $65,000 to $70,000 Per Year Plus Commission Opportunities

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding established sales goals.

Make outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell services.

Effectively articulate company philosophy and features benefits of services offered.

Handle inquiries to convert calls into appointments/visits.

Conduct effective appointments/visits with prospective residents and families resulting in converting to sales/move-ins.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Support the outreach sales and marketing activity that may require the associate to be out of the community occasionally.

Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.

Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements

Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations.

Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
