Summary of Job Duties Manage the day‑to‑day operation of assigned property(ies), in accordance with established regulations and guidelines, and monitor contracted projects at assigned property(ies). Rent properties, process evictions and make court appearances as needed. Receive requests for repairs, generate and close work orders. Monitor budget. Prepare reports of activities and fiscal status. အCoordinate maintenance work using onsite maintenance personnel. Maintain continued occupancy by conducting inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations and conducting inspections to assure that all equipment is in proper working order and that vacant apartments are ready for occupancy.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, social science area, or related field plus 3 years of progressively responsible experience in public housing, or an equivalent combination题 of education and experience. Experience in property management, handling and accounting for money, and experience involving public contact preferred.

Certification as Public Housing Manager (must be obtained within 1 year of employment)
