As an Endoscopy Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to champion cutting‑edge surgical solutions that are reshaping the medical field. Our Endoscopy Division is one of the largest divisions at Stryker and offers diverse and multi‑specialty solutions, changing the way customers leverage visualization and enabling surgeons to see what the human eye cannot. Responsibilities
Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
Educate doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings.
Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
Keep the regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
Resolve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
Assist in the training and development of sales personnel.
Experience & Skills Required
2–5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five (5) years of commercial sales or medical field experience, including operating room experience.
Ability to routinely negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers.
Fundamental understanding of all products and ability to disseminate this knowledge to customers.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to effectively respond to customer questions.
Ability to analyze and prioritize market potential based on call patterns.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Effective communication with large groups of people, via telephone and electronic means (e.g., email, text).
Proficient with common office equipment (e.g., Smart phone, Tablet, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
Capable of exerting up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally and up to twenty (20) pounds of force frequently to move objects.
Will travel up to 20% overnight annually.
Must be able to drive a personal automobile.
Compensation & Benefits $60,000 draw with eligibility for commission and/or bonuses plus benefits.
