About the Role
Provide customer service regarding corporate mortgage loans, navigate loan processes and documentation to address a multitude of customer concerns, and maintain knowledge of banking regulations and institutional policies.
Manage customer service inquiries, including mortgage and loan documents, balance owing, escrow status, payment breakdown, document borrower interactions, and capture data accurately.
Perform payoff and release administration: calculate and provide payoff statements, verify payoff funds, complete satisfactions, and handle partial release requests.
Loan file maintenance: monitor exception reports, investigate and resolve cases, enter accurate data, process AFTs/ACHS, interest‑rate adjustments, payments, payoffs, escrow accounts, and forbearance agreements.
Cross‑train on miscellaneous Mortgage Loan Servicing Center tasks to cover for other team members during high‑volume times or vacations (e.g., escrow administration, Freddie Mac Servicing, insurance tracking, loss mitigation, credit reporting, filing and scanning documentation, etc.).
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, as well as all company policies.
What We Offer
Compensation: Starting hourly rate of $18.82+, adjusted by location (Spokane and other Washington offices range from $21.01–$31.53, Wenatchee range $21.31–$31.97); based on geographic location, experience and education.
