As a
Qualifying Insurance Representative
at EverLife, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers who have requested information online for life and health insurance. Your role is to qualify customers and then transfer them to the right insurance providers.
We’re looking for individuals with a
positive mindset, strong work ethic, and coachable attitude . Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we will train anyone who is motivated to succeed!

Qualify leads based on customer needs and company guidelines
Transfer customers to appropriate insurance providers
Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
Qualifications Requirements
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and professional phone voice
Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
Positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection
Coachable and eager to learn
Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
Strong time management, adaptability, and accountability
Attention to detail and effective decision-makingFluency in English with clear communication skills
Strong listening and comprehension skills
Confident, patient, and conversational with clients
Additional Information Training
2–4 week in-office training
(based on performance)
Remote work available for high-performing agents after training
Compensation
$17.00/hour (in-office, Lehi, UT)
Earning potential up to $35.00/hour
with performance bonuses
Weekly, Quarterly bonuses and incentives available
