North Terrace Property Management is looking for an experienced General Maintenance Technician with an HVAC Certification to join our dynamic team. We are a busy residential leasing company seeking a skilled professional to handle general maintenance tasks at our apartment community in Grandview, Missouri. The right candidate will have experience in a wide range of maintenance and repair duties and a commitment to quality and efficiency. Applicants must provide and maintain their own tools and demonstrate relevant experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs.
Complete light carpentry work.
Repair and install drywall.
Paint_petrium interiors and exteriors as needed.
Install appliances.
Conduct light electrical work.
Perform light plumbing tasks.
Qualifications
HVAC Certification is required.
2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
Proven experience in construction or general maintenance is required.
Proficiency in key skills such as painting, drywall installation and repair, and appliance installation.
,item of familiarity with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks is preferred.
Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable transportation, personal tools, and a functioning cell phone with active service are essential.
Pay $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
