Bilingual Recruitment Consultants (Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese)

About the Role This role is ideal for

bilingual professionals

with experience in

B2B/B2C sales, recruitment, account management, or client-facing roles

who want to build a long-term career in

consultative recruitment sales .

You will manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

while acting as a trusted advisor to

U.S.-based and Asia-connected clients , leveraging your language skills to support multinational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities Client Development & Sales

Develop new client relationships through outbound sales, networking, and referrals

Manage and expand accounts with

Korean-, Chinese-, or Japanese-speaking clients

Act as a recruitment partner for multinational and Asia-linked businesses

Negotiate terms of business and close recruitment agreements

Recruitment & Candidate Delivery

Source bilingual candidates through headhunting, job boards, social platforms, and internal databases

Conduct candidate interviews in English and Korean/Chinese/Japanese as required

Manage end-to-end interview processes between candidates and clients

Present qualified candidates and advise clients on hiring strategiesManage offers, negotiations, and successful placements

Performance Ownership

Own sales and recruitment pipelines from start to finish

Meet and exceed individual revenue, placement, and KPI targets

Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates

Qualifications Required

1–5 years of experience in

recruitment, B2B/B2C sales, or client-facing roles

Fluency in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese (business-level or native)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Commercial mindset with accountability and ownership

Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

Preferred

Experience in consultative or solution-based sales

Exposure to recruitment, or professional services

MBA or advanced business education

Experience supporting multinational or cross-border clients
