4+ years Core Responsibilities
Full‑cycle recruiting: manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for GTM roles. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse, high‑quality talent pool. Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to define staffing needs and refine job descriptions. Maintain clear communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, candidate satisfaction) to drive improvements. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring, and recruitment technology to inform strategy. Manage relationships with alumni associations, colleges, and job boards. Essential Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales / GTM recruiting or talent acquisition, with full‑cycle recruitment success. Experience working in a high‑growth startup. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Understanding of best recruitment practices and relationship management. We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Human judgment makes the final hiring decisions. This position offers a competitive salary range, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated base salary range is between $110,000 and $160,000 annually.
