to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Data Entry Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within a newly implemented CRM system. This opportunity arises from a recent transition to Microsoft Dynamics, requiring meticulous data entry and critical thinking to maintain data quality. With a flexible part-time schedule, this contract position offers the chance to work onsite and engage with advanced Excel tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Ensure accuracy of data within new CRM system
Perform critical thinking to validate data entries
Conduct advanced Excel tasks, including vlookups
Collaborate with team for data integrity
Maintain meticulous attention to detail
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in data entry and validation
Strong critical thinking skills
Background in data/accounting/administrative roles
Flexible for onsite work
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
College degree in Data Science or related field
