Job Overview Insight Global is hiring a Product Complaint Technician for a well-established medical device company in Mundelein, IL. This role supports a large-scale remediation initiative focused on improving complaint handling processes. The technician will conduct thorough investigations, analyze defect and cause codes, and help resolve systemic issues related to product reportability.
Contract Duration: Long‑term with opportunity for perm conversion. Pay Rate: $25–32/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Review product complaints and evaluate associated defect and cause codes
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
Identify reportability concerns and address systemic quality issues
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or higher
1–2+ years of experience in product complaint handling or a related field
Experience in regulated industries such as medical device or pharmaceutical
Proficiency in root cause analysis, CAPA, and defect code evaluation
Strong initiative, problem‑solving mindset, and eagerness to learn
Excellent time management, communication, and critical thinking skills
