Enhancing the customer experience through effective service activation.

Guiding customers in mobile and internet setup using various tools.

Upselling additional products by maximizing customer opportunities.

Staying informed on Spectrum products and managing escalations.

Required Qualifications Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

2+ years in sales or customer service

Technical Skills

Proficiency with computers and software applications

Knowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshooting

Skills & Abilities

Strong English and Spanish communication skills

Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask

Sales skills like analysis, objection handling, pitching, and closing

Customer complaint resolution while managing back‑to‑back calls

Preferred Qualifications

Confidentiality and problem‑solving under pressure

Knowledge of cable/telephony industry and services

Familiarity with residential product details

Bilingual – Spanish
