Job Overview Assist customers, manage cash register, maintain cleanliness, recover stock, fill incident/security reports, and comply with safety and company values.
Responsibilities
Model customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service
Pump gas
Complete daily tour and inspection
Fill out incident and security reports
Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of department
Perform cashier functions
Answer telephones
Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines
Promote company initiatives
Maintain knowledge of emergency plans and procedures
Work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment
Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications – Minimum
Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work without direct supervision
Desired Qualifications
Any related experience
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
