As a
Property Manager , you will take ownership of the property’s performance, working to
maximize occupancy, net revenue, and property value . You’ll oversee a team that includes assistant managers, leasing agents, maintenance supervisors, technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Your responsibilities include: Developing and executing competitive marketing and leasing strategies Leading a proactive resident retention plan with strong customer service Managing budgets, financial records, deposits, and safeguarding property funds Ensuring lease documents, reports, and procedures are completed accurately and on time Collaborating with your Regional Manager on supplies, staffing, and risk management Hiring, training, and developing team members Overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring safety standards are met Maintaining the property's curb appeal and overall condition Property Manager Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent At least
2 years
of multifamily residential property management/supervisory experience Service industry experience Experience with
One-Site software Ability to work scheduled hours, be on-call, and work overtime or weekends as needed Valid driver’s license Are You the Right Fit?
