About The Role Every day the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicine. This role requires a commitment to customer service and quality. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute

Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.

Screen new and repeat donors, take, and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.

Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.

Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.

Support donors on a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What You Bring To Takeda

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to walk and/or stand for an entire work shift.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.

Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.

10% of work tasks may require prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).

One or more years of minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.

Location USA - IA - Dubuque

Starting Hourly Wage $16.00 per hour. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for this location.
