What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including answering questions and resolving issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience developing, selling, or engineering building automation systems, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to travel up to 75% locally
Strong technical proficiency in building automation systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering
3+ years of design experience with engineering of building automation systems
10+ years of experience developing and engineering building automation systems
CEM, LEED AP, and WELL AP accreditation or PE certification
Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and IT networking/integration
