Job Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process
Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
Handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions
Communicate requirements and other information effectively to clients
Interpret various agreements related to closing and prepare necessary transaction documents
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related field
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong verbal/written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Background with a mix of curative and closing experience is a plus
Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
