Qualifications
Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property management
Strong background in Sales and Customer Service pertaining to the real estate industry
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer‑focused approach
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and local market trends
Proficiency in property listing and marketing strategies is an advantage
Valid real estate license in Michigan is required
