Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation Types Commission

The Commercial HVAC Account Manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long‑term customer relationships to help grow the service sales aspect of the company. We expect a driven individual who is a self‑starter and a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed, and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you develop your career.

Cell Phone & Laptop, Vehicle or Stipend & Gas Card will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

Scheduling meetings with potential new customers

Managing personal relationships with key account contacts to create long‑term partnerships

Scheduling maintenance, service, and installation jobs with the dispatch and technician team

Creating sales and contact reports for sales meetings

Meeting and exceeding goals established by the sales manager

Qualifications

Minimum high school education

College education preferred

2+ years of B2B account manager sales experience

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, responsible, coachable, team‑oriented
