The Travel Manager oversees all hotel, airfare, and ground logistics for DWP’s touring and festival operations. This role is responsible for building company‑wide travel infrastructure, negotiating vendor partnerships, managing room blocks and contracts, and ensuring seamless, cost‑effective travel experiences forjern staff, talent, and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled in both guest service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate preferred hotel rates, staff room blocks, and multi‑year agreements for all DWP festivals and corporate travel.
Secure optimal inventory and amenities for staff, talent, and vendors, ensuring consistency across markets and seasons.
Manage hotel contracts, cutoff dates, attrition terms, amendments, and ongoing rate audits.
Oversee hotel bookings for all festival staff, including accurate rooming lists, on‑site changes, and 24/7 support during event weeks.
Partner with Festival Producers and Operations to forecast room needs, adjust allocations, and improve check‑in/out flow.
Collaborate with Business Development to maintain relationships with CVBs, city partners, and hotel sales teams to secure availability(
