Responsibilitiesਇਆ>

Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory by representing Arthrex Austin, an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, targeting surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong business relationships and implement sales strategies.

Communicate with current and new customer accounts on product updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs.

Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate written, telephone, and face‑to‑face responses.

Cross‑sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.

Address any problems that arise at the accounts.

Support compliance and principles of responsibility by maintaining privacy and confidentiality, protecting assets, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non‑compliance, and adhering to applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and corporate policies.

Receive coaching, training, or mentoring from Sales Managers; transfer knowledge to peers and to Sales Associates when needed.

Stay current in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications through ongoing training.

Collect competitive data and stay informed on industry, customer, and competitive trends.

Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours as required.

Requirements Knowledge

Orthopedic procedures and terminology as it relates to Arthrex.

Operating Room protocols and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to learn technical information, anatomy, and indications related to surgery and procedures.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required.

Ability to engage customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.

Maintain vendor credentialing for assigned territory.

Remain calm and professional in a surgery/operating room environment.

Travel within assigned territory as required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

Lift up to ccanth 35 pounds on a regular basis.

Remain in a stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods.

Move between work sites to accomplish tasks.
