Requirements
Previous experience as a Property Manager
CMCA
Strong understanding of property management regulations and local housing laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
